AI is only a multiplier. It amplifies the expertise you already have.
My work has always been about one thing: turning people decisions into systems you can actually test, such as competency models, job leveling, promotion criteria, and succession plans.
Since 2025, I've been building AI into those systems myself: an end-to-end AI recruiting pipeline, AI-generated promotion analysis reports, and nearly 100 in-house micro-courses produced without video-editing software.
I also teach TRIZ (the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) at National Tsing Hua University and National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, and serve as a director of the Taiwan TRIZ Association (中華萃思學會).
